4. The monthly online kid and baby photo contests are classified in the following age categories.

The American Baby Contest (ABC) is a national contest for children ages newborn to 9 years old. Judged by creative and artistic, caring and competent parents, this prestigious contest is designed to be fair and have as many winners as possible. The photo contest – in its eleventh year – is easy, quick, fun and gives winners and their families something to cherish for a lifetime.

We here at ABC can proudly say; “Ours is the largest and most popular baby / child photo contest in the nation!”  We receive up to 1,200 photos each month of adorable children just like yours from all over North America. We know how precious your child is to you, and it’s our great pleasure to review and admire each and every photo as they are received. From our family to yours – we’d like to extend our sincere invitation for you to enter your child’s photo in this national celebration of beautiful American children.

There are as many as 40 or more winners per contest!
While each baby contest is different, there can be as many as 50 winners in each contest. There are two divisions for primary placing. They are:

Children (ages 2- 9 years old) there are usually two sets of Top Winners, one for Girls and one for Boys (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th places) each.

Babies (ages younger than 2 years old)  there are usually two sets of Top Winners, one for Girls and one for Boys (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th places) each.

Additionally, there can be as many as 10-15 category winners and many Runners-Up in each contest!

All Placed Winners will receive:

Each Category Winner will receive a beautiful gold framed and glass plaque with your child’s photo, an official placement certificate and may have their photo published in a national parenting or baby magazine.

Each Runner-Up Winner receives a beautiful gold framed and glass plaque with your child’s photo, a certificate suitable for framing and a ribbon.

Each Child Entry whose photo is officially accepted as an entry into the contest will be awarded an official, professional and personalized “Semi-Finalist Certificate” from The American Baby Contest, suitable for framing.

Each year, Live with Regis and Kelly conducts a search for America’s most beautiful baby! Could that be your little charmer? As parents, it is hard not to show your little one off, and why not? The Regis and Kelly Baby Contest is a safe place where parents can do this! They’re only a child for so long, why not share your precious photos on the Regis and Kelly Beautiful Baby Contest? Regis and Kelly contests include a chance to win some great prizes for your kid.

If your child is older than 48 months or younger than 6 months your child will not be eligible for the Regis and Kelly Cutest Baby Contest. But there’s good news for children between 1 day and 12 years! You can enter them in The CuteKid photo contest. Each month’s winners are automatically entered into the running to become for The CuteKid of the Year contest. The judges for The CuteKid are a panel of entertainment industry professionals which gives your child a chance to be spotted for a break in the entertainment world! Here’s a few CuteKid who’ve been spotted on our photo galleries and ended up with exciting modeling shoots, commercials or even a part on a TV series!

* Olivia, from New Jersey, did some modeling shoots for Carter’s Kids Fashion Online.
* Kyler, from California, was picked up from The Cute Kids gallery for a Pottery Barn ad a few months ago. Since then he’s been on a Macy’s back to school ad and another modeling shoot for a Macy’s which came out in October 2008. Kyler has also auditioned for commercials and voiceovers!
* Grayson was spotted on CuteKid and picked up for a role in Army Wives! He plays the role of Anthony on the 9th episode!
* Twins, Angelle and KD, from Iowa were picked up by Hyland’s Homeopathic as models for their ad.

The Regis and Kelly Live Beautiful Baby Contest 2008 gives out prizes as well. The winner of the Live with Regis and Kelly Baby Contest will receive $125,000 towards college tuition. The Regis Kelly Baby Contest winner will also be featured on the cover of a future issue of Parenting magazine. A prize of $25,000 will be awarded to the 4 runners-up and 10 semi-finalists will receive $1,000 in Walgreens gift cards!

The CuteKid of the Year will receive $25,000 towards their college education. The winner will also receive their own CuteKid website, a photo shoot with professional photographers and a canvas portrait of the winning photograph! In addition, The CuteKid gives out several incredible monthly prizes with an amazing opportunity to be exposed to the biggest talent scouts in the entertainment industry.
